Each day we are bombarded with images and sounds of negativity, despair, desperation. These images and sounds come in the form of the newspapers, television, online, driving down the street, talking on the phone, and even interacting with co-workers on a daily basis.
The cumulative effect of these sounds and images can cause us to be more stressed out on a daily basis. Most people have some set of challenges they struggle with whether it be with their health, finances, job situation, family conflicts or partnership difficulties.
